Answering phone calls - Corresponding with customers and managing customer returns
Data entry - Assisting warehouse with maintaining inventory, RMAs and any other logistics they need help with
**Computer literacy required, especially with Excel!**
Freight quotes, scheduling appointments, pickups and deliveries
Any other general office work as assigned by management

Minimum requirements:

Bilingual- Fluency in English & Mandarinrequired
Good people skills, ability to multitask and work under pressure
